I ALWAYS process files the same day that you submit them to me.
My fees are only $395.00 for a conventional loan file that closes. Most other contract processors charge $495.00 for a conventional file.
I am available to you and your clients 7 days a week, including evenings. Most other contract processors are only available Monday through Friday 9-5. You end up processing your own files on the weekends and evenings with other processors.
